Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Brand Representative. The Brand Representative will serve as the face of MyLearnify, fostering brand awareness, engaging with potential and current clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include representing the brand at online events, creating a positive experience for learners and partners, and effectively communicating the value of MyLearnify's offerings. The role also involves monitoring brand perceptions and providing feedback to enhance outreach strategies.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for actively building strong networks with colleges and educational institutions, initiating and maintaining collaborations, and cracking partnership deals with different colleges to expand MyLearnify’s presence and outreach. This includes coordinating with Training & Placement Cells, organizing institutional tie-ups, and driving strategic growth through academic partnerships.
