We're Hiring: Brand Representative at LaFetch (On-Ground Sales & Marketing)

LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination, a curated marketplace for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR. We’re reimagining how fashion is discovered and experienced, both online and on-ground.
Role Overview
We’re looking for highly energetic, fashion-forward individuals who love interacting with people and can represent LaFetch on-ground. As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of LaFetch across events, kiosks, pop-ups, and college fests, driving awareness, engaging customers, and converting conversations into sales.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent LaFetch at on-ground activations including kiosks, stalls, pop-ups, and college festivals
- Engage with customers, introduce them to LaFetch, and drive app downloads and purchases
- Actively sell products and achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Create a high-energy, engaging brand experience for walk-in customers
- Identify high-footfall opportunities for activations and support execution
- Distribute marketing materials and promote ongoing campaigns/offers
- Build strong customer relationships and gather real-time feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve on-ground performance and conversions
Who You Are
A fashion enthusiast with a strong sense of personal style
Extremely outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people
Natural salesperson with strong persuasion and communication skills
High energy, proactive, and self-driven
Comfortable working in dynamic environments (events, outdoor setups, etc.)
Target-oriented and motivated by incentives/commissions
Prior experience in sales, events, promotions, or retail is a plus
