Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Protection Manager. The Brand Protection Manager will oversee daily brand protection activities, including monitoring markets and online platforms for counterfeit or infringing products, coordinating investigations, and supporting enforcement actions. The role involves developing and maintaining brand protection strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners, and preparing reports and analytics on risks, trends, and outcomes. The individual will manage brand protection workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The Brand Protection Manager will also provide guidance on risk mitigation, process improvements, and awareness initiatives to strengthen overall brand security.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in brand protection, intellectual property, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to review data, identify patterns, and detect potential infringement or fraud.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and legal counsel.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Working knowledge of intellectual property concepts, enforcement processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and online research platforms; familiarity with brand monitoring or investigation tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, marketing, criminology, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in brand protection or compliance are a plus.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
