We’re looking for someone who understands that creator partnerships have become one of the most influential forces in how modern brands build relevance and cultural presence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creator partnerships, and business growth - bringing together creators, brands, and ideas in ways that are commercially impactful and creatively strong. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and commercial realities of the creator ecosystem, and wants to help shape a more strategic and creatively driven influencer marketing practice.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and scale TCL’s creator partnerships offering across strategy, partnerships, and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, platforms, and brand teams.
- Evaluate creators based not just on numbers, but on cultural relevance, audience alignment, content quality, and long-term brand fit.
- Work closely with TCL’s internal teams (servicing, planning, creative etc.) to develop influencer-led ideas, pitches, and integrated campaign narratives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through creator partnerships, audience trends, and emerging platform behaviour..
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaign execution, ensuring strong creator fit, smooth coordination, and quality output.
- Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve future strategy, creator selection, and content effectiveness.
- Stay closely attuned to shifts in internet culture, creator ecosystems, platform dynamics, and emerging technologies shaping the influencer space.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, partnerships, or digital strategy, with exposure to both campaign execution and business development.
- Strong relationships across creators, talent managers, agencies, and brand teams within the creator ecosystem.
- Good understanding of social platforms, internet culture, creator-brand fit, and platform-native storytelling.
- Interest in emerging tools, platforms, and technologies shaping the creator ecosystem.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across creators, clients, and internal teams.
