Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Brand Partnerships Sr Associate who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships and client acquisition. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands, and positioning the company’s full suite of marketing solutions including influencer marketing, digital campaigns, branded content, and performance-driven initiatives.
The role requires someone who can not only bring in new clients but also identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services across existing partnerships, ensuring long-term value creation for both clients and the organization.
Brand Partnerships & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential brand partners who are actively investing in digital marketing, creator collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers across different industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, industry networking, referrals, and market research.
Revenue Growth, Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Drive revenue by introducing clients to multiple service offerings across the organization.
- Identify opportunities within existing client relationships to expand campaign scope through additional services such as influencer marketing, branded content, social media campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams to propose solutions that align with the client’s broader marketing objectives.
Sales Strategy & Opportunity Development
- Research market activity, brand campaigns, and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop tailored marketing proposals based on the client’s objectives, audience, and campaign goals.
- Position the agency as a long-term strategic partner rather than a one-time campaign vendor.
Proposal Development & Sales Presentations
- Create persuasive sales presentations, campaign proposals, and partnership decks supported by case studies, campaign insights, and relevant examples.
- Clearly communicate the value of integrated marketing solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that are creative, feasible, and commercially viable.
Negotiation & Commercial Agreements
- Lead discussions around campaign budgets, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that balance client expectations with company revenue targets.
- Ensure all campaign scopes and deliverables are clearly defined before execution begins.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners by understanding their evolving marketing priorities.
- Act as a trusted partner who can recommend new campaign ideas, content opportunities, and collaboration formats.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the engagement cycle.
Internal Collaboration & Campaign Alignment
- Work closely with strategy, campaign management, and creator partnerships teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide clear briefs and client expectations to internal teams before campaign kickoff.
- Support campaign teams in resolving client concerns and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Market Insights & Strategic Growth
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, creator economy, and brand partnerships.
- Identify emerging opportunities, new brand categories, and innovative campaign formats that can drive business growth.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline, potential deals, and revenue projections.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or client acquisition within digital marketing, media, advertising, or influencer marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital campaigns, and partnership-driven revenue models.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and expand existing client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client conversations simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to grow client partnerships beyond a single campaign.
