We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Brand Partnerships Manager who can help us build strategic collaborations and sponsorship opportunities with brands, venues, lifestyle companies, and experience partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, understands brand value, and can turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
- Build partnerships with restaurants, cafés, lifestyle brands, liquor brands, fashion brands, and experience companies
- Pitch collaboration ideas aligned with Let’s Socialise events and audience
- Create sponsorship decks and partnership proposals
- Negotiate commercials and deliverables with brands
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate with the content and events team for brand execution
- Explore barter collaborations and experiential activations
- Help scale revenue through sponsorship opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, PR, or brand collaborations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of social media and experiential marketing
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-driven, organized, and creative in pitching ideas
