Role Overview
We are looking for a
high-impact Brand Partnerships leader who can
own revenue for the North market, drive strategic growth, and build long-term brand relationships.
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who
- Has deep experience in influencer marketing / digital media sales
- Comes with a strong network across brands & agencies
- Has led revenue, client relationships, and teams
- Can blend storytelling with commercial thinking
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership & Business Growth
- Own and drive revenue targets for North India
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Strategic Brand Partnerships
- Develop integrated solutions across influencers, content, and IPs
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into high-impact campaigns
- Drive large-ticket deals and long-term partnerships
- Network & Outreach Excellence
- Leverage existing relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agencies
- Build new connections through industry networking, events, and outbound efforts
- Establish the organization as a preferred partner for creator-led marketing
- Client & Account Leadership
- Manage key accounts and senior stakeholders
- Ensure strong client servicing, retention, and growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a high-performing partnerships team
- Work closely with strategy, content, and creator teams to build winning proposals
- Drive execution excellence across campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in digital/media sales, influencer marketing, or branded content
- Proven track record of closing high-value brand deals
- Strong existing network across brands & agencies (North India preferred)
- Experience in client servicing + business development roles
- Ability to build narratives, pitch creatively, and sell strategically
- Prior experience in team management / leadership roles
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystem, digital trends, and content formats
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has grown from client servicing / creator management into revenue leadership
- Comfortable handling both hunting (new business) and farming (account growth)
- Has worked with top brands across categories.
- Strong in relationship building, storytelling, and deal-making
- Brings a mix of strategic thinking + execution rigor
