Role Overview
DroomMusic is seeking a Brand Partnerships Lead to drive brand-led revenue across its music, content, and live IP ecosystem. This role will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and closing partnerships across:
- Music videos and artist-led content
- Artist integrations and influencer collaborations
- Live shows, tours, and experiential formats
- Digital content (YouTube, Instagram, Shorts)
- Original IPs and branded entertainment formats
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of brand partnership opportunities across relevant categories
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships: origination, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Develop commercially viable integration opportunities across content, artists, and live formats
- Structure partnerships including sponsorships, in-content integrations, and multi-platform campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand requirements with content and production workflows
- Oversee execution and delivery of partnership commitments
- Track performance across pipeline, deal closures, and revenue contribution
Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or media sales
- Demonstrated track record of originating and closing brand partnerships
- Strong network across brand marketing teams, agencies, or partnership ecosystems
- Experience within music, entertainment, digital media, or live formats is preferred
- Ability to translate content and audience opportunities into commercial propositions
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation capability
