About the Role:
This role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with brands, driving business through direct partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential brand clients across relevant industries
- Understand brand marketing objectives and propose tailored solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams
- Develop proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and track progress regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4–5 years of experience working with brands in sales, partnerships, or marketing roles
- Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies and campaign planning
- Experience in digital marketing, content, or influencer campaigns
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
