We’re looking for a Founder’s Office — Brand & Partnerships Associate to work closely with the founders across brand-building, partnerships, operations, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is organized, proactive, thoughtful, and excited about working in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the founders on brand, growth, and strategic initiatives
- Support campaign planning, launches, and execution coordination
- Coordinate with creators, vendors, freelancers, and external partners
- Assist with partnership outreach and brand collaborations
- Help manage timelines, follow-ups, trackers, and workflows
- Support presentations, decks, and brand communication materials
- Conduct research across consumer trends, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Help organize and streamline day-to-day brand operations
- Gather customer/community insights and translate them into actionable observations

What You Get
You’ll work directly with the founders and get exposure to the realities of building an early-stage consumer brand across strategy, partnerships, operations, growth, and execution. This role is designed for someone looking to learn fast, take ownership, and grow alongside the company in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.
This role will begin with a 3-month paid probationary period at ₹15,000/month, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time long-term role based on performance, fit, and growth within the company.
