Role Overview
We are looking for an intern who will work to discover and onboard fashion labels, while also
assisting with the day-to-day operations of running a multi-brand fashion platform.
This role will give you first-hand exposure to brand partnerships, fashion retail operations,
and the inner workings of a fashion startup.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Discovery & Outreach (Major Responsibility)
- Research and identify emerging fashion labels that align with Kloke Studio.
- Reach out to brands through Instagram, email, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations and support the brand onboarding process.
- Maintain records of brand outreach and onboarding progress.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with onboarded brands for product uploads, stock updates, and order
- dispatch.
- Ensure smooth communication between Kloke Studio and partner brands.
- Help maintain strong relationships with partner labels.
Customer Support
- Assist in responding to customer queries related to orders.
- Coordinate with brands to resolve order issues or updates.

- Comfortable reaching out and building relationships with brands
- Basic familiarity with Instagram, Google Sheets, and digital tools
