Brand Partnerships (Sales) – Influencer Marketing

Discovr AI is building an AI-native platform for creator advertising, helping brands scale influencer marketing with better speed, control, and outcomes.
We’re hiring a sales-driven Brand Partnerships professional to drive revenue by closing enterprise deals across brands and agencies.
What You’ll Do
- Own and close revenue from enterprise brands & agencies
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and events in Bangalore, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities and converting relevant interactions into qualified leads (mandatory).
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
- Build a strong pipeline via outbound, referrals, and network
- Sell influencer marketing solutions + platform offerings
- Lead client meetings (in-person/virtual) with brand and marketing teams
- Identify upsell & repeat revenue opportunities
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years in sales / brand partnerships (revenue-focused)
- Strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Experience in influencer marketing / adtech / marketing services / fintech
- Confident in negotiation, objection handling, and closing
- Comfortable with enterprise clients and face-to-face selling
