What you will do :

• Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space.
• Lead Generation Tools: Use platforms like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha to build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline.
• Outreach Campaigns: Run personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Clay.
• CRM Management: Keep our CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) organized and up to date.
• Target Hitter: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Managers to convert leads into loyal clients.
• Value Selling: Clearly communicate the value of INTIGLY’s services using your industry knowledge.
• Campaign Optimization: Write, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

What you must have :

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or service-based business.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that convert into revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and optimization.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Bonus: Passion for content creation, or post-production.
