At InkFlunce, we turn books into brands and authors into influencers. We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Outreach Manager who can build strong partnerships and open doors for impactful author-led collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Partnerships
• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, corporates, and brands for collaboration opportunities
• Pitch and secure author sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and book promotions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners
Relationship Management
• Develop long-term relationships with HR teams, L&D heads, college committees, and brand managers
• Act as the primary point of contact for partnership discussions
Collaboration Execution
• Coordinate with internal teams to align speakers, topics, and logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of sessions and events
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue through partnerships, sponsored sessions, and collaborations
• Identify new monetisation opportunities through brand tie-ups
Market Research
• Stay updated on trends in corporate learning, campus events, and brand collaborations
• Identify relevant opportunities for author-led engagements
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or brand outreach
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with corporates, colleges, or brands
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
