We are looking for a Brand & Operations Manager to oversee vendor coordination, product flow, inventory, and order execution, while also supporting brand growth through B2B and business operations.
Role Overview
You will act as the central execution owner across product, operations, and business coordination. This role sits at the intersection of:
- Vendors
- Warehouse
- Orders (D2C + B2B)
- Internal brand team

Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Product Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for manufacturing partners
- Track product development timelines and sampling cycles
- Ensure alignment between approved samples and bulk production
- Maintain structured documentation for product specifications
- Proactively follow up on production schedules and flag delays
2. Production & Delivery Management
- Monitor end-to-end production milestones
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to warehouse
- Track shipment status and resolve logistical issues
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Coordinate inbound deliveries at warehouse
- Verify quantities against purchase orders
- Ensure proper GRN documentation
- Maintain structured inventory trackers
- Monitor stock levels and SKU performance
- Support replenishment planning
4. Order Processing (D2C & B2B)
- Oversee fulfilment of website orders (picking, packing, dispatch)
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely delivery
- Manage order tracking and issue resolution
- Coordinate bulk orders for B2B clients (corporate gifting, retail partners, etc.)
- Ensure smooth execution of large-volume and time-sensitive orders
5. Packaging & Brand Execution
- Ensure packaging is implemented as per brand guidelines
- Oversee print quality, inserts, and finishing details
- Maintain consistency in brand presentation across all outputs
- Coordinate packaging requirements for B2B and special orders
6. B2B & Business Coordination
- Support onboarding and coordination with B2B clients and partners
- Manage order timelines, communication, and execution for bulk orders
- Assist in pricing coordination, quotations, and order documentation
- Ensure a smooth experience for partners from order to delivery
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain production trackers and vendor follow-up sheets
- Prepare weekly operational reports
- Maintain PO, dispatch, and inventory records
- Support internal reviews with updated operational data
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, operations, or supply chain roles
- Experience coordinating with vendors and warehouses
- Strong Excel proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience handling inventory and order tracking systems
- Understanding of D2C and/or B2B order fulfilment
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- High attention to detail and structured working style
