Amieé Studio is hiring a Brand & Operations Assistant.
We're a real gold jewellery brand (9kt/14kt) building for women who want everyday gold, not occasion-only pieces. As we grow, we need someone to own the operational side so nothing slips.
What you'll do:
- Post and manage Instagram content (scheduling, captions, stories)
- Handle customer messages DMs, order queries, support
- Track open tasks and follow up until they're closed
- Manage meeting scheduling and reminders
- Handle day-to-day admin
Who we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in a similar ops/brand support role. Organized to a fault. Doesn't need to be told twice. Comfortable being the person who follows up until things get done.
This isn't a creative role it's execution. If you want to build brand strategy, this isn't it. If you want to be the reason things actually happen, it is.
Location: Remote / WFH (based in Mumbai preferred)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM
