Are you a storyteller who thinks in motion and breathes visual design? We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion & Visual Designer to join the Sense Creative team.
In this role, you will help bring the Sense brand to life across a variety of mediums, from dynamic video edits and motion graphics to striking visual layouts and digital campaigns. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for video pacing, and an eagerness to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Cut, refine, color-grade, and sound-mix a wide range of video content, including social media shorts, brand films, product explainers, and internal communications
- Motion Graphics: Design and integrate basic motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and transitions to create polished, high-quality deliverables
- Platform Optimization: Seamlessly adapt and optimize video assets across multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for various social and digital platforms
- Visual & Digital Design: Support the broader design team by creating digital marketing assets, including presentation decks, social media creatives, landing page visuals, and brochures
- Brand Guardianship: Assist in building visual compositions and graphic elements that strictly align with our brand guidelines
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to unpack creative briefs, pitch strong storytelling concepts, and execute engaging visual solutions
- Take Initiative: Proactively contribute creative ideas and bring strong storytelling instincts to every project you touch

What You Bring (Qualifications & Profile)
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in motion design, video editing, graphic design, or a related creative role
- The Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your video editing, motion work, and visual design chops. (Note: A degree is not mandatory, but your portfolio and creative thinking matter most to us
- Design & Storytelling Fundamentals: * A deep understanding of video storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and audio sync
- Excellent visual taste with a solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- A good ear for sound design and music selection
- Technical Toolkit: * Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (basic motion graphics, animation principles, titles)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and a basic-to-intermediate understanding of Figma
- Bonus points: Familiarity with audio tools/plugins, presentation design, or AI design tools (e.g., Jitter)
