About the Role
Ninja Media Creations is looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation, and business growth. You will work closely with leadership and the sales team to create impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand and support revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Create compelling pitch decks, presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, OOH, Digital, and On-Ground platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead generation and pitch conversion.
- Ensure consistency across all brand communication and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and partners for campaign execution.
- Use AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign planning and content creation (added advantage).
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing,
- Proven ability to support revenue growth, lead generation, and client acquisition through marketing.
