Job Title: Brand Marketing (Offline & General Trade)

Role Overview
Nivia Sports is looking for a highly execution-driven marketing professional to strengthen its offline and general trade brand presence across India.
This role is ideal for someone who understands dealer-channel business dynamics and can independently drive on-ground marketing initiatives — from ideation and planning to vendor coordination and final execution.
The candidate should be proactive, operationally strong, commercially aware, and capable of handling high-pressure execution environments across events, retail branding, activations, and dealer engagement.
Offline Marketing & Activations
● Plan and execute on-ground brand activations across schools, colleges, turfs, courts, retail outlets, dealer meets, tournaments, and community events.
● Lead end-to-end execution of events including:
- ideation
- vendor management
- fabrication
- logistics
- permissions
- manpower coordination
- on-ground supervision
● Build engaging sports-led experiences that improve brand visibility and consumer interaction.
Dealer Channel & Retail Marketing
● Work closely with the sales and channel teams to strengthen brand visibility across dealer stores and MBOs.
● Execute in-store branding, VM initiatives, SIS setups, fi xtures, and launch visibility plans.
● Coordinate with dealers and regional teams for smooth rollout of marketing assets and activations.
● Understand dealer ecosystem dynamics and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sell-through.
Vendor & Agency Management
● Manage and negotiate with production vendors, fabricators, printers, event agencies, and freelancers.
● Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality and timelines.
● Build a strong network of reliable execution partners across regions.
Brand & Campaign Execution
● Support execution of product launches, GTM campaigns, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
● Coordinate with internal design, digital, and content teams to ensure omni-channel consistency.
● Assist in planning offl ine media, retail campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Operations & Coordination
● Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and timelines.
● Travel for events, dealer activations, and store branding when required.
● Maintain execution trackers, budgets, reports, and vendor documentation.
Preferred Background
● Experience in a dealer-channel-driven business is highly preferred:
- Sports/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables / Footwear/ Apparel/ Lifestyle Retail/ Automobile Accessories
● Prior experience in sports, youth, or community-led marketing is a plus.
Skills Required
● Strong execution and project management skills
● Vendor management and negotiation abilities
● Understanding of retail branding and offline marketing
● Excellent coordination and communication skills
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-ground environments
● Commercial understanding of budgets and cost negotiations
● Basic understanding of branding, design, and consumer experience
