One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join the business in a business critical role.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the brand strategy — from positioning and messaging to visual identity and tone of voice — ensuring consistency across all channels
- Drive content marketing across owned channels including website, social media, email, and thought leadership
- Build and manage the demand generation engine in partnership with the sales team — including campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain the go-to-market narrative for new product launches and feature releases
- Manage PR and communications, including media relations, press releases, and founder visibility
- Establish and track marketing KPIs, reporting on brand health, pipeline contribution, and channel performance
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and freelancers, including designers, copywriters, and performance marketing partners
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field
- Building the marketing function from 0-1 for a scaling SaaS company excites you
- You're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early stage
- You understand brand strategy, content, and demand generation like the back of your hand
- Strong instincts for storytelling — the ability to translate complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives
- A data-driven mindset: you're comfortable setting up tracking, attribution, and reporting from scratch
- You've worked directly with founders or senior leadership and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
