Brand and marketing at ARL is not about noise or trends. It is about clarity, trust, visibility, demand, and growth. This role is for someone who can help build and lead ARL’s brand and marketing engine across these three brands, and translate vision into market presence, consistency, and traction.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
As a Brand & Marketing Lead, you will:
- Build and drive the overall brand and marketing direction across ARL, Growize, and Greenlyfe
- Shape how each brand is positioned, communicated, and differentiated for its audience
- Translate business priorities into structured campaigns, content themes, and brand initiatives
- Lead storytelling across social media, founder-led content, websites, presentations, launches, and events
- Build and manage a clear marketing calendar across all three brands
- Work closely with the in-house design and video team to ensure quality, consistency, and speed of execution
- Coordinate with the Growth & Performance Marketing function to align campaigns with SEO, paid media, lead generation, and funnel goals
- Drive thought leadership and brand visibility for ARL as a serious player in CEA, aeroponics, and climate-resilient agriculture
- Help strengthen the premium positioning of Growize and the trust-driven consumer positioning of Greenlyfe
- Create structure, prioritisation, and workflow discipline within the brand and creative function
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns, content, visibility, engagement, and brand-building efforts
This is a hands-on strategy + execution + team leadership role.

Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, campaign strategy, content, or creative strategy roles
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, campaigns, and content systems
- Experience managing or coordinating designers, content teams, video teams, or external creative partners
- Located in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Strong writing, communication, messaging, and presentation instincts
- Ability to work across multiple brands or audience segments with clarity and structure
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-ownership environment with speed and ambiguity
- Someone who can think strategically, but is also practical and execution-oriented
- Someone who can bring order to moving parts and build a marketing function that is consistent, sharp, and commercially useful

Probation & Performance Review
We are a small but strong core team. We value people, intent, and culture deeply. Cultural fit matters as much as performance.
This role will begin with a 3 month probation period. Confirmation into a full-time permanent role will be based on performance during this period.
Performance will be evaluated on:
- Brand and marketing execution reliability and consistency
- Ability to create structure, clarity, and prioritisation across multiple brands
- Quality of coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Strength of storytelling, communication, and marketing judgment
- Ownership, accountability, communication, and cultural fit
