Role Overview
As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies to enhance Connect2Learn’s brand presence, audience engagement, and business growth across global markets including ANZ, UK, US, and the Middle East. This role focuses on brand promotion, campaign management, content coordination, social media marketing, market research, and brand positioning across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with the creative, content, sales, and performance marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and management to create impactful marketing campaigns and branding initiatives that align with Connect2Learn’s business goals, company vision, and international expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across digital platforms.
- Manage social media marketing activities, content promotions, and online brand communication to strengthen Connect2Learn’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to create impactful branding materials, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to improve brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and brand visibility to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in planning promotional events, partnerships, webinars, and branding initiatives to support business expansion. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms. Work closely with sales and business development teams to align branding strategies with company objectives and lead generation goals.
- Stay updated with the latest branding trends, marketing tools, and digital marketing strategies to improve overall campaign performance and audience reach.
