Job Title: Brand Coordinator
Location: Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About Us
The Formularx is a fast-growing science-led dermocosmetic brand built on skin barrier science, founded by scientists. We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Coordinator to join our marketing team immediately and coordinate with agencies, influencers, B2B partners keeping all parties aligned with brand goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support communication and coordination with agencies, influencers, and B2B partners.
- Help maintain influencer databases, brief influencers on campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and deliverable timelines
- Follow up on content submissions, approvals, and posting schedules
- Draft professional emails and campaign communications under guidance.
- Support the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks related to brand activities.
- Maintain a central tracker for all partner activities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Prepare status updates on influencer campaigns, PR coverage, and ORM health
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 0–2 years (internship or project experience is acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic computer skills: MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Social media literacy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Must have their own laptop.
- Interest in cosmetics, skincare, and beauty brands is a plus.
