Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple F&B brands under Eclectique Concepts. This role requires strong coordination skills, creative understanding, and hands-on execution across influencer marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Marketing
- Identify, source, and reach out to relevant influencers aligned with brand positioning
- Coordinate influencer visits with restaurant outlet teams
- Manage end-to-end execution including briefing, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure all influencer content meets agreed requirements and brand standards
2. Social Media Management & Execution
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day posting, including stories and real-time updates
- Monitor engagement and respond to customer messages, comments, and enquiries across platforms
3. Marketing Calendar Implementation
- Execute the month-on-month marketing calendar for all assigned brands
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met on time
- Track progress and ensure consistency in brand messaging across platforms
4. Email Marketing
- Set up and execute email campaigns based on marketing requirements
- Coordinate content and creatives for emailers
5. Creative Coordination
- Work closely with graphic designers to develop social media creatives and marketing collaterals
- Provide clear briefs aligned with brand tone, campaign objectives, and timelines
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all assets
6. Performance Marketing Coordination
- Prepare Ads files in Excel format for campaign execution
- Liaise with the performance marketing team to ensure timely launch and optimisation of
campaigns
7. Content & Asset Management
- Maintain and organise all creative assets on company storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox)
- Ensure proper naming, categorisation, and easy accessibility of files
8. Customer Engagement & Reputation Management
- Respond to customer reviews on Google and other relevant platforms
- Maintain a professional and brand-aligned tone in all customer interactions
9. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Support additional marketing tasks, campaigns, and projects as required by the team
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing
- Experienced in influencer marketing, including sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and managing deliverables end-to-end
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) with experience in content scheduling, posting, and community management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams (designers, operations, performance marketing)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable with campaign planning sheets, ads files, trackers)
- Ability to work pro-actively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, manage multiple priorities and execute efficiently; Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
