Role Overview
- We are looking for a Brand Marketing Analyst who understands how startups operate — fast-paced, ownership-driven, and execution-focused.
- This role requires someone who can take initiative, work closely with founders, and build brand presence from the ground up in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of brand positioning and marketing initiatives
- Build and execute brand strategy aligned with business growth
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, website, and marketing channels
- Drive founder-led branding and thought leadership
- Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Collaborate directly with leadership on campaigns, narratives, and outreach
- Track performance of campaigns and optimize for reach and engagement
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Content / Growth roles
- Strong understanding of startup culture — speed, ambiguity, and ownership
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
- Exposure to fintech, startups, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
- Structured and detail-oriented in execution
