About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager & Visualizer who can operate at the intersection of brand strategy and high-quality visual execution. You will be responsible for building and maintaining consistent brand identities across multiple business verticals — from consumer-facing music and lifestyle brands to B2B capital market businesses. You should be as comfortable developing a brand positioning framework as you are designing a premium investor presentation or directing a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
1) Brand Strategy & Identity
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity systems, tone of voice, and design language across all business verticals
• Develop distinct brand positioning for each vertical while ensuring cohesion under the parent group identity
• Conduct regular brand audits to identify inconsistencies and drive alignment across all teams and output
• Build brand architecture for new verticals and business launches as the group scales
2)Visual Design & Content Creation
• Create high-quality static visuals, motion graphics, social media creatives, and presentation assets across all verticals
• Design premium business collateral: pitch decks, capability documents, investor presentations, brochures, and one-pagers
• Direct and review output from the in-house design team — maintain high creative standards and ensure brand consistency
• Develop visual direction for all major marketing campaigns — brief the creative team and ensure execution quality
• Own all LinkedIn visual content for corporate and investor-facing verticals
3) Influencer & Brand Collaborations
• Identify, pitch, and manage brand collaborations and influencer partnerships across relevant verticals
• Brief influencers and collaborators, review content, and track ROI of all partnership activity
• Build long-term brand ambassador relationships relevant to our audience communities
• Identify co-branding opportunities with partner brands and coordinate execution
4) Campaign Visual Strategy
• Lead the visual direction of all major marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Manager
• Deliver creative briefs to the design and video team before every campaign launch
• Ensure multiple creative variants are tested on all key campaigns and iterate based on performance data
• Review creative performance regularly and direct design updates based on results
Requirements
Experience & Skills
• 3–5 years of brand management or brand strategy experience — ideally across multiple brands simultaneously
• Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating brand identity, social media, investor/business presentations, and campaign creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential
• Experience briefing, directing, and reviewing output from a design team
• Proven ability to create investor-facing or business development materials to a high professional standard
• Experience planning and managing influencer or brand collaboration campaigns end-to-end
• Familiarity with AI design tools — Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar
