Why This Role Matters
As Brand Manager, you'll be the nerve centre of our entire marketing operation. Five agencies — SEO, performance marketing, retention, web dev, and e-commerce — all run through you. You keep them on track, you hold them to numbers, and you make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-ownership role where execution meets accountability.
What You'll Do
Agency & Operations
- Be the primary POC for all external agencies and vendors
- Track deliverables, flag delays, and follow up relentlessly
- Attend performance review meetings and ask the hard questions — without the founder in the room
- Coordinate between logistics, design, and video teams for brand asset requirements
Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards
- Review campaign outputs against KPIs before they go live
- Spot what's working, what isn't, and flag it fast
Brand
- Maintain consistency across ads, website, email, packaging, and events
- Work closely with the founder on brand direction and growth strategy
You're Right For This If
- You've managed 3+ agencies simultaneously and know how to keep them honest
- You use AI tools daily — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity — not occasionally
- You're strong on Excel/Sheets — dashboards, trackers, pivot tables
- You have 3–6 years of D2C experience, in-house or agency side
- You're known for your follow-through, not your ideas alone
