Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Brand Manager position focusing on Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Brand Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives including event planning, advertising campaigns, brand development, and consumer engagement programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful promotion of the NoBrokerHood brand while maintaining consistency in communication and brand identity. Your work will directly contribute to growing the platform's visibility and customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ATL and BTL marketing strategies, with a proven ability to execute successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in developing brand strategies, consumer engagement programs, and analyzing market trends.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
- Experience in monitoring campaign performance and ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to craft compelling brand messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent in Marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in the property technology industry or community management platforms is advantageous.
- High level of adaptability and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
