The Challenge
In a country where "garam paani" (hot water) is the default answer to every pain, Biofrost is the rebel. We are introducing Cryotherapy as the superior, science-backed first line of treatment. We don't just need a manager; we need a Behavioral Architect who can use communication to break old habits and performance marketing to build new ones.
The Role: What You’ll Do
1. The Communication Pillar (Brand Success)
- Narrative Building: Craft the "Cold is Better" story. You will own the brand's voice across every touchpoint—from 15-second reels to long-form educational blogs.
- Content Mastery: Direct the creative team to produce high-impact visual and written content that simplifies "Cryo-science" for the Indian household.
- Trust & Authority: Partner with medical experts, physiotherapists, and athletes to build a "Permission to Believe" ecosystem.
2. Performance & E-commerce Mastery
- Growth Marketing: Be hands-on with Meta and Google Ads. You should be able to look at a dashboard and identify exactly which "hook" in the content is driving the lowest CAC.
- E-commerce Ecosystem: Own the brand's presence on Amazon, Blinkit/Zepto, and our D2C website. Optimize listings, A+ content, and search rankings to ensure we are visible where the consumer searches for pain relief.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Use A/B testing to let data decide which communication style works best for different demographics (e.g., elderly vs. athletes).
3. Team Guidance & Leadership
- Act as the bridge between the "Creative" and "Data" teams. You must ensure the designers understand the ROAS and the media buyers understand the Brand Guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5–8 years in Brand Management or Growth Marketing (D2C, FMCG, or Health-tech).
- The "T-Shaped" Marketer: Deep expertise in Communication/Copywriting with broad, functional knowledge of Performance Marketing & SEO.
- Mindset: You are obsessed with consumer psychology. You understand why Indians fear "cold" and have a strategy to fix it.
- Platform Expert: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Meta Business Suite is non-negotiable.
