About Kidology
Kidology is a fast-growing kids' brand focused on creating innovative, safe, and engaging products for children. We are building a strong presence across digital commerce platforms and are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who can strengthen our brand visibility and drive growth across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager – E-commerce & Quick Commerce who will be responsible for managing brand presence, platform relationships, and growth across key marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure strong visibility, sales growth, and strategic partnerships with platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with key e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as **Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for brand growth, campaign participation, and visibility opportunities.
- Negotiate placements, banners, and promotional opportunities.
2. Sales & Growth Strategy
- Plan and execute strategies to grow sales on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Monitor platform performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales growth.
- Identify new growth opportunities within online marketplaces.
3. Campaign & Promotion Management
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, festive sales, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for campaign assets and listings.
4. Product Listings & Catalogue Management
- Ensure product listings are optimized with correct content, images, and keywords.
- Manage product launches across all marketplaces.
- Track customer reviews and ratings and coordinate improvements where required.
5. Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with the supply chain and operations team to maintain stock availability across platforms.
- Ensure proper inventory planning to avoid stockouts during campaigns.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track platform-wise performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, pricing, and competitor activities to improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce brand management.
- Experience working with marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit or Zepto.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and growth strategies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and performance data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in consumer brands, kids’ products, toys, or FMCG categories.
- Experience managing digital commerce growth for D2C brands.
