This is not a typical marketing role

If your experience is limited to posting content, managing calendars, or following instructions this role is not for you. We are looking for someone who can own clients, think marketing, and drive campaigns end-to-end.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Leading client communication and relationships

• Turning brand requirements into clear campaign strategies & briefs

• Working with designers, editors, and production to execute ideas

• Contributing to ad film concepts, campaign ideas, and marketing angles

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, every time

• Taking full ownership of your accounts - like it’s your own brand

What We Expect

• 3–5 years in an advertising / creative / marketing agency

• Strong understanding of ads, branding, and digital campaigns

• Ability to think, not just execute

• Confidence in handling clients independently

• Someone who takes responsibility instead of waiting for instructions

 This Role Is Not For You If

• You need constant guidance to do your work

• You avoid taking ownership of projects

• You’ve only worked on content posting or coordination

• You’re uncomfortable handling clients directly
