Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Brand Manager who can drive brand visibility, campaign execution, and on-ground marketing initiatives. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and strong execution capability, especially in building brand connect with rural and semi-urban audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
• Support and execute brand strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Drive brand awareness and recall among target audiences.
Campaign Management
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and campaigns.
• Manage agencies for creative development and execution.
Content & Communication
• Develop regional and vernacular content.
• Manage communication across social, print, and on-ground channels.
On-ground Marketing & Activations
• Execute field marketing campaigns and farmer engagement programs.
• Drive brand visibility across retail and partner networks.
Digital & Performance Alignment
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams.
• Optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Insights
• Track campaign performance and brand metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years experience in Brand/Consumer Marketing
• Experience in FMCG, Agri, Consumer Tech preferred
• Strong campaign execution and stakeholder management
• Understanding of digital and offline marketing mix
