Brand Manager - Himalayan Pine Company
Himalayan Pine Company ("HPCo") is building more than products. We are creating a world inspired by:
Himalayan forests | Mountain Nostalgia | Pinewood Aesthetics | Slow Living | Handcrafted Experiences |
Premium gifting | Tactile - Cerebral Packaging | Cozy Luxury | Sensory Storytelling
Our products currently span low GI confectionery, gifting concepts, pine needle tableware, perfumes, functional foods from a forest eco-system and Himalayan-inspired lifestyle experiences — with plans to expand into a larger ecosystem of food, fragrance, décor, hospitality-inspired products, and immersive retail. We are not looking for a “social media manager.” We are looking for someone who can help build a brand universe.
Brand Manager aka 'World Building'
This role is for someone who understands:
aesthetics | storytelling | product presentation | packaging | culture | creator ecosystems | launch execution | emotional branding
You will work directly with the founder to turn abstract ideas into real-world experiences.
What You’ll Actually Do
Brand Direction
Maintain visual and emotional consistency across the brand;
Develop product stories, launch narratives, and campaign concepts;
Integrate a recognizable HPCo aesthetic across all our offline retail touchpoints (think omni-channel)
Product & Packaging
Coordinate with packaging designers, printers, photographers, and vendors
Assist in naming, positioning, and presentation of new products
Ensure products feel premium, tactile, and emotionally memorable
Creative Production
Coordinate shoots, styling, props, locations, and creator collaborations
Guide content direction without making generic “trend content”
Help build a distinctive visual language
Creator & Community Building
Work with micro creators, lifestyle pages, cafes, mountain creators, gifting creators, etc.
Build long-term creator relationships instead of transactional influencer marketing
Execution
Keep launches organized
Coordinate freelancers and vendors
Push ideas from concept to reality
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have strong aesthetic judgment | Care deeply about details | Understand premium/lifestyle brands | Can operate both creatively and operationally | Have worked with D2C, boutique hospitality, premium food, tea, coffee, fragrance, gifting, or design-led brands and understand that “luxury” is about feeling, not just pricing | Are capable of independent execution
Preferred Backgrounds
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
