, we are building a trust-first farm-to-table brand rooted in regenerative farming, product purity, and real food systems.
We do not operate like a typical FMCG brand built on heavy advertising or white-labeled sourcing. Our focus is on building a deeply authentic consumer brand around products we genuinely grow and produce — including A2 Bilona Ghee, heritage grains, stone-ground flours, pulses, and naturally farmed foods.
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can help shape how URU Farms is experienced across packaging, storytelling, retail presence, digital platforms, collaborations, and community ecosystems.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a meaningful consumer brand from an early stage.Role Overview
As Brand Manager, your core responsibility is to build, protect, and evolve the URU Farms brand across every consumer touchpoint.
You will work directly with the founder and collaborate across design, content, retail, operations, partnerships, and growth.

We are looking for someone who understands how strong brands create emotional trust, cultural relevance, and long-term consumer loyalty.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and strengthen URU Farms’ positioning in the organic and regenerative food space
- Build clear brand narratives around:
- purity
- trust
- regenerative farming
- nutrition
- traditional food systems
- Maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
- Help evolve brand architecture for current and future product categories
2. Packaging & Product Communication
- Lead packaging communication and storytelling for all products
- Work closely with designers and printers on:
- labels
- packaging systems
- retail presentation
- information hierarchy
- Ensure packaging balances:
- elegance
- trust
- clarity
- premium feel
- conversion
3. Content & Storytelling
- Build long-term storytelling systems for the brand
- Shape communication across:
- Instagram
- website
- email
- retail
- WhatsApp
- offline activations
- Translate farming, sourcing, and product truth into compelling consumer-friendly narratives
- Create campaign concepts and launch narratives
4. Collaborations & Community Marketing
- Build collaborations with:
- cafés
- bakers
- wellness brands
- fitness communities
- parenting communities
- chefs
- creators
- organic ecosystems
- Support flea markets, tasting events, pop-ups, and experiential activations
- Help increase word-of-mouth and trust-led growth
5. Digital & Retail Brand Presence
- Ensure brand consistency across:
- website
- marketplaces
- social platforms
- retail stores
- experience centers
- Coordinate photoshoots, creatives, and merchandising materials
- Improve overall premium perception and conversion quality
6. Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Study consumer behavior, feedback, and category trends
- Analyze:

- FAQs
- customer conversations
- Translate insights into:
- better messaging
- product communication
- campaigns
- packaging improvements
