We formulate and manufacture all our products in-house, in small batches — combining natural ingredients with performance-driven formulations designed for heat, humidity, and everyday use.
At our core, we are natural, handcrafted, and mindful — but we are equally focused on creating products that actually work. We’re building a new-age body care brand for India — across D2C and leading marketplaces.
Role Description
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, content, and marketing execution, while working closely with the founder and creative team.
This is a high-ownership role - ideal for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
- Build and evolve clear category narratives across deodorants, soaps, and body care
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints (digital, packaging, offline, and marketplaces)
Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive landscape
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable brand and product strategies
Content, Campaigns & Storytelling
- Conceptualize and lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and founder-led storytelling
- Work closely with the Creative Lead (design, photography, video) to bring ideas to life
- Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and drives performance, not just aesthetics
Product Launches & Go-To-Market
- Own go-to-market strategy for new product launches and category expansions
- Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure launches are differentiated, well-timed, and commercially effective
Partnerships & Community
- Build and scale influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community-led initiatives
- Focus on creating meaningful, long-term brand associations
Performance, Brand Health & ROI
- Track performance across campaigns, channels, and categories
- Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, perception)
- Work with performance marketing to improve CAC and LTV
- Use data to continuously refine brand and content strategy
Business & Growth Ownership
- Own brand contribution to revenue, growth, and category performance
- Work with sales and operations on demand planning, forecasting, and inventory alignment
- Ensure marketing efforts translate into tangible business outcomes
Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate across marketing, sales, e-commerce, production, and external partners
- Ensure smooth execution across teams and timelines
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in D2C, beauty, personal care, or consumer brands
- Proven experience in building and scaling brands across digital channels and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, category dynamics, and modern marketing channels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and translate them into actionable decisions
- Experience working on product launches and go-to-market strategies
