Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Brand Marketing professional who can think ahead, spot opportunities early, and translate ideas into structured execution. This role blends brand storytelling with data-backed decision-making and requires ownership across strategy, content, digital presence, and performance alignment.
The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, the ability to anticipate market shifts, and a disciplined analytical mindset to guide brand growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Forward Planning
● Shape and evolve brand positioning with a clear point of view aligned to business priorities
● Proactively identify emerging trends, audience shifts, and whitespace opportunities for the brand
● Conceptualise and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new services and offerings ● Ensure brand consistency while evolving narratives
2. Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling
● Lead brand storytelling across formats, platforms, and campaigns
● Translate complex offerings into simple, compelling narratives and visuals ● Act as a creative anchor for campaigns, messaging frameworks, and brand assets ● Bring fresh ideas to executive communication, thought leadership, and industry visibility
3. Corporate Communication & Executive Branding
● Develop high-impact pitch decks, corporate presentations, and leadership narratives ● Drive executive thought leadership on Social Media, events, and industry platforms ● Plan and manage Digital PR and press releases with clear positioning goals ● Ensure messaging clarity, consistency, and relevance across all touchpoints
4. Digital Marketing & Performance Alignment
● Own website strategy with a balance of brand experience & SEO visibility ● Oversee social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube with strong content direction
● Collaborate with performance teams across SEO, SEM, and paid media to align brand and demand goals
5. Content, Campaigns & Experimentation
● Design structured content strategies aligned to business and pipeline objectives ● Plan and execute webinars, video marketing, and integrated digital campaigns ● Proactively test new formats, channels, and content ideas to improve engagement and reach
● Use AI and marketing technology tools to streamline workflows and scale content production
6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Ownership
● Act as a central brand point of contact across sales, product, and leadership teams ● Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively solve alignment gaps
● Manage agencies, creative partners, and vendors with clear briefs and accountability ● Drive timelines, quality, and consistency across multiple initiatives
7. Analytics, Insights & Strategic Reporting
● Track brand, content, and campaign KPIs across platforms
● Analyse performance trends to refine messaging, formats, and channel focus ● Convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
● Present structured, insight-led reports to senior management
Required Skills & Experience
● 5–6 years of experience across Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing roles ● Strong creative thinking combined with a structured, analytical mindset ● Hands-on understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and PR ● Experience in GTM planning, campaign execution, and marketing automation
● Ability to build sharp, executive-ready presentations and narratives ● Comfort with CRM systems, analytics tools, and performance dashboards ● Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership ● Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
