Tabula Rassa Media is a digital-first branding and growth agency working with ambitious brands across hospitality, fitness, events and emerging businesses.
We are looking for a Brand Manager Intern who understands culture, content and community. This is not a passive internship. You will work directly on live brands, real clients and real campaigns.
What you will do
• Track and interpret social media trends across Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Assist in building content strategies and monthly calendars
• Support account management and client communication
• Coordinate with design and video teams to execute campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly insights reports
• Support community management and customer interaction
• Contribute to campaign ideas, launches and brand positioning discussions
• Assist in competitor research and market analysis
What we are looking at
• 0–6 months of experience in marketing, branding or social media
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends and digital culture
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive and detail oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple brands
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
• Interest in branding, storytelling and business growth
Bonus points if you have
• Canva or Adobe experience
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
• Experience handling DMs and community management
• Exposure to content shoots or production
