Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen the brand presence of SUB 91. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will drive marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to business growth through innovative and data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication across all platforms
- Lead promotional campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, and design) to align business objectives
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and data
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
- Experience in Market Analysis and Consumer Insights
- Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and partnerships
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of food & beverage in QSR industry trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in brand management or marketing roles preferred
