Today, SoupX is actively operating hospital-focused QSR outlets across Delhi NCR, serving doctors, staff, patients, and attendants with fresh, preservative-free meals designed by chefs and nutritionists.
The brand is solving a critical gap where hospitals, meant for healing, still offer unhealthy food. SoupX replaces this with balanced, ready-to-serve meals that support recovery, energy, and daily wellness.
Currently, the company is:
- Scaling hospital QSR outlets in Delhi NCR
- Building a standardized, high-efficiency outlet model
- Expanding via FOCO franchise model
- Supplying B2B to hospitals, corporates, and QSRs
- Preparing for FMCG and quick commerce expansion

Qualifications:
- Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Product Promotions
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Research, and Consumer Insights
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or health and wellness space is an advantage
