Job Title: Brand Manager – Schoolcast with Avyakt
Location: Naraina Vihar, Delhi (within 5 km mandatory)
Experience: 1–2 years
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are building Schoolcast with Avyakt — India’s first school education podcast, and we are looking for someone who wants to build, not just manage.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Growing Instagram & YouTube aggressively
- Turning long podcasts into viral reels and content loops
- Writing hooks, titles, thumbnails that get clicks
- Driving guest outreach and collaborations
- Taking complete ownership of content performance
- Constantly improving what works and killing what doesn’t
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)- You understand why some content gets 1M+ views and some gets 1K
- You don’t wait for instructions — you figure things out
- You move fast and execute consistently
- You care about results, not effort
- You can take feedback without getting defensive
This Role Is NOT For You If- You need step-by-step guidance for everything
- You think posting = growth
- You get overwhelmed with ownership
- You are not obsessed with improving content
This Role Is For You If- You’ve already tried building something (page, reels, edits, etc.)
- You notice patterns in viral content
- You want to work closely with a founder and grow fast
- You want to be part of building something big in education
Bonus (Not Mandatory)- You’ve managed a page or creator before
- You understand editing / thumbnails / storytelling
- You follow creators like BeerBiceps, Raj Shamani, etc. and break down their content
