We’re Hiring: Brand & Marketing Strategy Lead
This is not a conventional marketing role.
At LXL Ideas Group, we build some of India’s most unique education, storytelling, and youth engagement ecosystems through platforms like:
• School Cinema
• SCIFF (School Cinema International Film Festival)
• TAISI
• Experiential learning and student engagement initiatives
• Conferences, educator ecosystems, creative communities, and national platforms
We are looking for a strategic marketing and brand professional who can help shape how these ecosystems are experienced, communicated, positioned, and remembered.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Brand Strategy
Storytelling
Events & Experiences
Education Innovation
Founder Communication
Community Building
Partnerships
Content & Communication Systems
You will work across:
• Large-scale conferences and educator events
• Brand storytelling and ecosystem positioning
• Creative campaigns and launches
• Films, content, and communication strategy
• Founder thought leadership
• Agency direction and creative collaboration
• Strategic partnerships and engagement experiences
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building narratives, shaping perception, creating experiences, and bringing ideas to life across multiple touchpoints — not someone looking for a routine digital marketing role.
We are looking for someone with:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and storytelling ability
• Strategic thinking and aesthetic sensibility
• Experience in startups, education, learning, media, community, or purpose-led ecosystems
• Ability to think independently and execute with ownership
• Comfort working across branding, events, communication, and partnerships
