The Role
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-obsessed Brand Manager to lead the SaffronStays MarComm team. You will steer brand strategy and day-to-day marketing across multiple regions, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure the brand shows up consistently and powerfully from an Instagram reel to a press feature to a guest's inbox. This is not a coordinator role. You will own outcomes, lead people, and be a key voice in how SaffronStays tells its story to the world.
What You Will Own
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Own and evolve the SaffronStays brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
- Develop seasonal and campaign-level narratives aligned to business priorities
- Ensure the brand shows up consistently across social, digital, PR, partnerships, and offline
- Write and provide editorial oversight for all internal and external communications
360° Regional Marketing
- Lead omnichannel marketing for multiple regions within the brand, working closely with regional heads
- Oversee social media, mailers, WhatsApp, and website communications for assigned sectors
- Facilitate regular, structured communication with homeowners for assigned regions
- Lead marketing efforts on special projects, new home launches, and brand initiatives
Social Media & Content
- Oversee content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube managing creators, designers, and editors
- Drive audience engagement and brand discoverability through strong content, SEO hygiene, and platform-native formats
- Champion keywords, hashtag strategy, and alt-text across all platforms
- Oversee design output on a need basis, ensuring everything is on-brand and polished
Influencer & Creator Programme
- Build and manage a robust creator pipeline with consistent outreach, hosting, and content delivery
- Secure usage rights on all UGC and coordinate with regional teams to run influencer programmes at scale
PR & Media Relations
- Ideate, write, and edit press releases, listing notes, and responses to media queries
- Liaise with the PR agency on a weekly basis and manage the relationship end-to-end
- Integrate PR stories with campaign timelines - every major launch should have a media moment
- Nominate and represent the brand at industry events, awards, speaker, and panellist opportunities
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure creatives work hard in paid channels
- Make recommendations based on data - digital media metrics, social trends, ROI, and revenue contribution
- Maintain in-depth familiarity with Google Analytics and performance marketing fundamentals
- Strategise and execute omnichannel growth campaigns
MarTech & Customer Journey
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from first touch through to retention and re-engagement
- Set up and manage customer engagement workflows across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app using tools such as WebEngage, or equivalent
- Work with tech and data teams to maintain clean CRM data and reliable attribution
- Continuously test and iterate on journey experiments; document what works and scale it
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels and regions
- Identify what is working, share learnings with the team, and use data to drive decisions
Who You Are
- 6+ years managing marketing for a luxury or lifestyle brand ideally in travel, hospitality, real estate, media, or agency
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- Proven track record running successful, multi-channel brand campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experienced in managing P&L, with the ability to make recommendations grounded in costs, margins, and ROI
- Comfortable owning MarTech tools to build and optimise customer journey workflows
- Strong understanding of performance marketing - you can read a dashboard and brief a creative team effectively
- Sharp writer and storyteller with excellent command of the
- Metrics-driven - you back instinct with data and close every loop with a clear report
- Highly organised, resourceful, and deadline-driven - you manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls
- A natural leader with the presence and patience to manage, coach, and inspire a team - including a Gen Z one 😉
Must-Haves
- Strong ownership and accountability - able to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across a collaborative, cross-functional structure
- Well-versed with digital and social media marketing tools and touchpoints
- Working knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Elfsight, ChatGPT, and similar tools
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and comfort with performance data
- Backgrounds in luxury, lifestyle, media, agency, real estate, or travel strongly preferred
