We are looking for a proactive and execution driven Brand Manager to lead retail branding, clinic visibility, patient experience and hyperlocal marketing initiatives across multiple cities.
About the Role
The role requires strong project management, coordination, analytical and creative ideation skills to ensure seamless execution of branding and marketing activities while maintaining a consistent patient and brand experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple stakeholders including vendors, agencies, clinic teams and internal departments.
Responsibilities
Retail Branding & Execution
- Lead end to end execution of clinic branding projects across Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
- Manage timelines, permissions, fabrication, installations and deployment of all branding activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for production, site visits, quality checks and final go live approvals.
- Ensure consistency in branding across clinics, offline visibility assets and patient touchpoints.
- Monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.
- Support launch planning, clinic visibility initiatives and local activation campaigns across cities.
Brand Marketing & Ideation
- Drive brand marketing ideation for online and offline campaigns across clinics and digital platforms.
- Conceptualise innovative patient engagement campaigns, awareness initiatives and seasonal marketing activities.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams for campaign themes, messaging and communication concepts.
- Develop ideas for retail branding, outdoor visibility, local activations and experience led marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to content and communication planning aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for brand visibility, partnerships and community engagement.
- Support ideation for doctor led campaigns, patient education initiatives and regional marketing concepts.
- Stay updated on healthcare, wellness and consumer marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
Consumer & Market Research
- Conduct consumer studies to understand patient behaviour, preferences and market trends.
- Develop consumer profiling and audience segmentation insights to support marketing initiatives.
- Perform competitor analysis and market scans to identify branding opportunities and category trends.
- Share actionable insights to improve communication, visibility and local outreach strategies.
Hyperlocal Marketing
- Support execution of hyperlocal campaigns across key clinic locations.
- Coordinate with agencies and media partners for campaign planning and execution.
- Track campaign deliverables, reporting and performance metrics.
- Assist in planning local activations, visibility initiatives and awareness campaigns.
Patient Experience Management
- Support and monitor patient experience initiatives across clinics to ensure consistent brand experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with clinic and operations teams to improve patient journey touchpoints from appointment booking to post treatment engagement.
- Gather and analyse patient feedback, reviews and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement patient communication and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure clinic branding, ambience and communication materials align with the desired patient experience standards.
- Support patient retention and relationship building initiatives through experience driven marketing activities.
- Track patient sentiment, feedback trends and service gaps and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams on patient education, awareness and engagement programs.
Project Management & Coordination
- Maintain and update the master marketing roadmap tracker with timelines, ETAs and progress updates.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Clinic teams, external agencies and vendors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between cross functional teams for timely execution of projects.
Reporting & Process Management
- Prepare weekly status reports and execution updates for ongoing projects.
- Track vendor deliverables, approvals and installation schedules.
- Support budget tracking and execution planning for branding and marketing activities.
- Maintain organized documentation for permissions, vendor coordination and campaign records.
