Role Overview: We are looking for a Category/Brand Manager who will own the end-to-end performance of assigned product categories. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence across product, pricing, inventory, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy & Growth
● Own P&L for the category and drive revenue, margins, and growth
● Define category roadmap, assortment mix, and expansion opportunities
● Identify trends, gaps, and new product opportunities
2. Product & Merchandising
● Work closely with product/design teams on new launches and improvements
● Manage product lifecycle, pricing, and positioning
● Ensure strong product listings and content across platforms
3. Demand Planning & Inventory
● Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels
● Work with supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstocking
● Monitor sell-through and take corrective actions
4. Performance & Analytics
● Track key metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margins, etc.)
● Derive insights and take data-backed decisions to improve performance
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner with marketing for campaigns, launches, and promotions
● Work with operations, finance, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
● Min 3 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution
● Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends
