Role Overview
Koffelo is not just coffee — it represents style, happiness, strength and togetherness. We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager who can build Koffelo into a powerful lifestyle brand and create strong emotional connections with consumers.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and execute long-term brand strategy for Koffelo
• Define brand voice, messaging and storytelling across platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across packaging, marketing and digital channels
2. Product & Launch Strategy
• Lead product launch campaigns for new SKUs and innovations
• Work closely with product and packaging teams to create differentiated offerings
3. Campaign Development
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, influencer, PR)
• Create impactful brand storytelling around coffee lifestyle
4. Consumer Insights
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity
• Translate insights into actionable brand strategies
5. Collaboration
• Work with digital, sales, creative and external agencies
• Align brand campaigns with D2C and retail sales objectives
6. Performance Tracking
• Track campaign performance, brand awareness and ROI metrics
• Optimize marketing strategies based on data and insights
