About the role
We are looking for a Space Experience Lead to manage day to day operations while being the face of the space. This role combines operations hospitality and sales. You will ensure everything runs smoothly while also driving inquiries walkthroughs and conversions across centers.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards.
* Manage vendors maintenance and overall upkeep.
* Act as the main point of contact for members and visitors.
* Conduct walkthroughs handle meetings and drive conversions.
* Build strong member relationships and manage onboarding.
* Support occupancy growth through proactive sales and coordination.
What we are looking for
* 4 to 5 years of experience in operations hospitality real estate or similar roles.
* Strong communication and people skills with a confident presence.
* Detail oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
* Ability to interact with empathy and warmth.
* Comfortable handling sales conversations and client interactions.
Bonus
* Experience in coworking hospitality or exposure to interiors or workspace design.
