Role Description
This full-time, on-site Brand Manager position is based in Kolkata. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of MD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves brand analysis, developing promotional strategies, and monitoring brand performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Management, Campaign Planning, and creating a cohesive brand strategy
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Consumer Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills for crafting compelling narratives and engaging key stakeholders
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, and Advertising techniques
- Strategic thinking, Problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in Branding or Marketing are a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is highly desirable
