Brand Manager
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead LumaLume’s marketing, brand positioning, and campaign initiatives across global markets. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical thinking to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
- Drive overall brand growth and ensure consistent identity across digital, retail, and communication platforms.
- Translate brand vision into actionable strategies for consumer engagement and awareness.
Marketing Campaigns & GTM Execution
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns and seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
- Identify key sales periods and align creative, product, and design teams for timely rollouts.
Market & Consumer Research
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
- Develop buyer personas and insights to inform brand and campaign strategies.
Brand Positioning & Brand Book Management
- Define and evolve the brand’s value proposition, tone, and aesthetic positioning.
- Maintain and update the brand book to ensure consistency across visual and verbal communications.
PR, Influencer & Event Management
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencer partners, and event teams.
- Manage earned media opportunities and execute brand activations to boost visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with product, sales, and design teams.
- Align marketing objectives with brand and business goals.
SEO & Content Monitoring
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to monitor website, CGI, and blog performance.
- Ensure optimization of content to maintain strong brand visibility and engagement.
CRM & Customer Delight Strategy
- Design CRM workflows and customer touchpoints to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Drive personalized customer communication strategies.
Retail Partnerships & Vendor Management
- Manage retail partnerships, proposals, and packaging vendor coordination (Japan & Delhi).
- Oversee quality, timelines, and vendor negotiations.
Performance Marketing (Q1 Focus)
- Plan and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns to drive ROI and conversions.
- Monitor paid media performance and coordinate with digital marketing agencies.
Budgeting & Investor Reporting
- Allocate and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Prepare and present monthly brand performance reports to leadership and investors.
Launch & Campaign Calendar Management
- Build and manage the yearly campaign and product launch calendar for FY 2025–26.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury or fine jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and omnichannel marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, and SEO platforms.
- Strong creative sense with analytical thinking to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based luxury brands or international markets.
- Background in retail or D2C jewelry/luxury brand marketing.
- Proven ability to scale brand presence through digital and offline channels.
