Role Objective
To drive brand growth, visibility, and market share by executing effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication plans for assigned brands/products
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans
- Plan and implement ATL/BTL campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional activities
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure strong market execution and visibility
- Monitor brand performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints
Skills
- Strong brand management & marketing strategy skills
- Good understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG / consumer goods marketing/Stationery
- Immediate joiners preferred.
