Key Responsibilities
Shoot Production & Content Execution
Plan and coordinate end-to-end photo and video shoots including locations, talent, props, crew, equipment, and shoot logistics.
Build shoot briefs, shot lists, production schedules, and manage shoot-day execution.
Ensure smooth post-production handoff and timely delivery of final assets.
Social Media & Brand Content Execution
Own the execution of the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and other active platforms.
Write captions, scripts, and post copy aligned to brand tone.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, and creative teams for timely content delivery.
Schedule, post, and monitor content performance.
Design Team & Agency Coordination
Manage day-to-day workflow with in-house designers, external agencies, and freelancers.
Convert creative direction into clear briefs and ensure output is on brief before review.
Track revisions, timelines, approvals, and final asset handoffs.
Content Operations
Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, production trackers, and timelines.
Manage external vendors such as photographers, videographers, stylists, and production partners.
Anticipate requirements in advance and ensure smooth execution without last-minute gaps.
Influencer & Community Building
Work with influencer marketing teams to create impactful collaborations.
Build initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and community participation.
Drive user-generated content and brand advocacy programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Performance Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Marketplace, Sales, and Operations teams.
Ensure brand objectives are integrated across all business functions.
Performance Tracking
Monitor key brand metrics including awareness, engagement, customer sentiment, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, and Consumer Marketing.
Prior experience in D2C, Consumer Brands, Lifestyle, Home Décor, Gardening, FMCG, or E-commerce brands preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
